Project...project...project...
Once again, the project. I've got most of the stuff, but (thankfully) Mr. E is going to let me edit tomorrow during class. Then I'll be done, since I'll have my paper done tonight.

Final project...again
Well, I've pretty much got the paper for it done, so I'm good there. There's still other things that need to happen, but as long as I get some stuff tonight we're good.

Projects, projects, and more projects...
Well, I worked on my final project more today. I've decided what I want to do, and (obviously, for those who have known me for years) I'm going to talk about the Kentucky Derby and probably other horse-racing stuff.

Using the cloud...
Ok, so two advantages of using the cloud are if aliens converge upon your house and pour inter-galctic space lava on it you will still be able to access anything that you have stored on the cloud, and you can also do a whole bunch of things like video and picture editing with software that's available on the cloud. But some disadvantages of using the cloud are you ALWAYS have to have an internet connection to use it. And lag is so annoying!!!!!!!! It's another disadvantage too.

Podcast Essay
I am making a podcast called, "The Dealio", with my friends Kahari, Kayla, Hannah, and Quin. It is a comedy podcast that is geared towards people of almost any age who like comedy. Although some people might be a little young for some of the humor, it is not age-specific. I think that the audience for "The Dealio" would be interested in the podcast since it is targeted toward people who like comedy.
Our podcast would be put out on a weekly basis because with comedy it's fairly easy to come up with new materials regularly. Also, people would most likely subscribe to it on a weekly basis because there is always fresh information or material for comedy. The technical term in this instance for fresh information or material is dynamic. Comedy is dynamic because there is always something new to add or do for it.
In the next episode of "The Dealio", the different segments will be the same but in a different order. Also, the information will be different for each segment and there will possibly be an email segment at the end. There will be different news, another debate, and the advice will change as well. Otherwise, the podcast will still have the same types of information.
Everything went really well in the making of the podcast, and it was very fun! One thing that worked really well was having more of an outline for our podcast instead of a complete script. Improvisation and pure randomness really helps make what's being said funny. The editing is somewhat difficult with a group, though. When things are being cut out and graphics and music are being put in it's fine, but sometimes when it comes to fine tuning it it turns into a one person job.
Something important that I learned about podcasting is that Garage Band is the program to use to edit a podcast. I'm sure there are other ways, but in my opinion Garage Band is the best. "The Dealio" was really fun to make with my friends. It's really fun to make a comedy podcast with friends, but it's even more fun to make it so that others can enjoy it too.
